Shipping Policies
Depending on shipment destination, and urgency on delivery we utilize the following shipping companies:
Air Frieght Federal Express, Ocean Freight UPS, Us Mail/Mail Priority, Farmore, Airborne, DHX Air, DHL. Estimated arrival time using UPS Ground shipping is approximately 3-5 business days.
Return Policy
Merchandise may not be returned without prior approval and must be freight prepaid.
Defective merchandise must have a return authorization number (R.A.#) placed on
the outside of the shipping box and enclosed with a note of explanation
A 15% restocking charge will be assessed for return of salable merchandise.
Claims must be made within 15 days from the date of sales.
Backorder Policy
If we are out of stock on a particular item at time of placing an order, deepscubagear will advise the customer when the item will be available. You will have the option of placing the item on back order, or substitute it for a similar item. You may also choose to cancel your order.
Damaged Goods Policy
Deepscubagear - Original Owner - One Year Limited Warranty
Deepscubagear warrants there products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of one year from date of purchase. This warranty is limited, however, solely to the repair or replacement of original parts, which, in Deepscubagear opinion, are defective in workmanship or material. This liability of Deepscubagear shall be limited solely to the cost of the effected part. All other cost should be that of the purchaser.
This warranty does not cover (1) defects, damage or deterioration due to normal use of wear and tear; (2) damage or defect due to misuses, alteration, negligence or accident; and (3) damage or defect due to the repair by someone other than Deepscubagear or an authorized Deepscubagear dealer.
This warranty is in lieu of all other expressed or limited warranties of Deepscubagear, including any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for any particular
purpose. Deepscubagear does not assume, on it's behave, any other obligation or liability.
